Unfortunately it's happened more than once. All were done just right, and the quality and flavor was outstanding. We have been going to Kiku since Steve (one of the Owners) opened up the place several years back. 15 minutes passed and 2 parties were seated. We take special care to provide the best experience. Wife's salad dressing too mild. Our family (ages 9 - 64) enjoyed some appetizers, sushi rolls and hibachi cooking. We hope to see you again soon!
